Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of structiv.agency and any content, functionality or services offered on or through it. By accessing the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Client engagements are additionally governed by a signed proposal or statement of work, which prevails over these terms where the two conflict.

Use of the site

• Do not use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems.
• Do not introduce malicious code, scrape at a scale that degrades performance, or interfere with other users.
• Do not reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The site and its original content, features, design and functionality are owned by Structiv and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the respective client and is displayed with permission.

Ownership of deliverables produced during a paid engagement transfers as set out in the relevant statement of work, typically on final payment.

Client responsibilities

• Send managed website change requests to our support email address, not to a personal phone or WhatsApp, so requests are logged and turnaround times can be met.
• Confirm that photos, logos and text you supply are lawfully yours to use.
• Keep a valid payment method on file and tell us promptly if your hours, phone number, licence or service area change.

Fees, estimates and scope

For managed website plans, the setup fee is charged once when you start and covers design, copywriting, build, testing and launch. Your first monthly payment is taken on the day your site goes live and on the same date each month after that. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Paying 12 months in advance includes two months free: Essential is $300 per year, Growth is $350 per year and Authority is $400 per year, plus the applicable one-time setup fee.

Anything outside your plan is charged at $25 per hour in 15-minute increments. We provide an estimated time and cost and do not begin chargeable work without your written approval. If work exceeds our estimate through no fault of yours, you pay the estimate, not the overrun.

Managed website revisions

A revision is a change to existing content or settings on an existing page that takes up to 20 minutes. Requests grouped in one email count as one revision wherever the work fits within that window. Essential includes 3 revisions per month, Growth 6, and Authority 10.

• Correcting our mistakes is always free and never uses your allowance.
• Unused revisions do not roll over to the following month.
• Extra revisions are billed at $25 per hour in 15-minute increments, or you can move up a tier — whichever costs less.
• New pages, new functionality, customer logins, CRM connections, full redesigns, new-service copy and content migration are quoted separately.
• Every request is logged and timestamped so your allowance and our turnaround are auditable.

Optional managed website add-ons

• Extra revision block — 2 additional hours per month: $45 per month.
• Google Business Profile management — posts, photos and Q&A: $75 setup and $49 per month.
• Review generation — automated review requests to your customers: $75 setup and $59 per month.
• Blog content written by us — 2 posts per month: $89 per month.
• Spanish-language version — ongoing upkeep: setup is charged per page at the hourly rate, then $15 per month.
• Additional location added to an existing plan: $60 setup and $8 per month.
• Professional photography in the US is subcontracted and charged at cost plus 20%.

Changing managed website plans

• Upgrade at any time by paying the difference in setup fee between your current tier and the new tier; the new monthly rate begins on your next billing date.
• Downgrade with 30 days' notice. Pages and features above the lower tier's limits are retained but frozen; we do not remove your content.

Third-party services

Projects often rely on third-party platforms such as app stores, cloud hosting, analytics or payment providers. Their availability, policies and pricing are outside our control, and their terms apply in addition to ours.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any content constitutes professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Structiv will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Liability under a client engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected work.

Termination

Managed website plans have no contract, minimum term or exit penalty. Give 30 days' written notice by email and we will confirm your final billing date within two business days. Work completed and approved charges remain payable.

Ownership and transfer

Your domain name, supplied content and photographs, copy we write, enquiries, Google Business Profile and analytics account remain yours. We hold manager access only, never ownership. On cancellation, we provide a complete copy of your finished website files free of charge so you may host it anywhere. Transfer of the underlying source repository is available for a one-time $300 fee.

We will never hold your domain, website content or customer enquiries hostage, including during a dispute or over an unpaid invoice.

Service commitments

• 99.9% uptime measured monthly, excluding maintenance notified in advance.
• Support enquiries acknowledged within one business day.
• If your site is down for more than 8 consecutive hours through our fault, or we miss your revision turnaround three or more times in one month, you receive that month free on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory local consumer rights.
