Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of structiv.agency and any content, functionality or services offered on or through it. By accessing the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Client engagements are additionally governed by a signed proposal or statement of work, which prevails over these terms where the two conflict.

Use of the site

• Do not use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems.
• Do not introduce malicious code, scrape at a scale that degrades performance, or interfere with other users.
• Do not reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The site and its original content, features, design and functionality are owned by Structiv and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the respective client and is displayed with permission.

Ownership of deliverables produced during a paid engagement transfers as set out in the relevant statement of work, typically on final payment.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, approvals and access to the systems, accounts and content required for delivery.
• Ensure you have the rights to any material you supply to us for use in a project.
• Pay invoices in line with the agreed schedule; late payment may pause active work.

Fees, estimates and scope

Estimates are based on the scope described at the time of quoting. Material changes to scope, platform requirements or timelines may change cost and schedule; we will confirm any change in writing before proceeding.

Third-party services

Projects often rely on third-party platforms such as app stores, cloud hosting, analytics or payment providers. Their availability, policies and pricing are outside our control, and their terms apply in addition to ours.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any content constitutes professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Structiv will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Liability under a client engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected work.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time for conduct that breaches these terms. Either party may terminate an engagement in line with the notice provisions of the applicable statement of work; work completed to that date remains payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory local consumer rights.
